If you already have plans and contractors or teams in place, we can manage them á la carte, providing you with much needed stress relief. Management service includes the coordination permits, inspections, sub-contractors, timelines, budgets, and payments.
Green Materials & Practices
We work with commercial and retail/office tenants and property managers to complete repairs on the fly or as a part of a regular maintenance schedule that we can help develop. Scheduled maintenance could include periodic inspections, paint touch-ups, electrical or plumbing repairs, replacement of blinds and ceiling tiles, and needs specific to your property.
